We are currently looking for a reliable, detail-oriented CNC Machine / Beam Saw Operator to join our production team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Operating CNC machinery and/or beam saws to produce cabinet and closet components.
  • Reading and understanding work orders, drawings, and specifications.
  • Producing parts efficiently while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Inspecting parts to ensure they meet quality standards before moving to the next process.
  • Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Contributing ideas to improve workflow, reduce waste, and support lean manufacturing practices.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong work ethic; self-motivated and dependable.
  • Honest, punctual, and takes pride in quality workmanship.
  • Able to work efficiently without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Team-oriented and willing to follow shop standards and company values.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Ability to understand work orders and technical drawings.
  • Woodworking and/or machine operation experience is an asset.
  • Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is an asset, or willingness to learn and contribute to lean practices.

Training will be provided as needed.

Position Details:

  • Location: Abbotsford, BC.
  • Compensation: Wage negotiable based on experience.
  • Schedule: Full-time.
