About the Role

We're hiring a CNC Machine Operator to join our experienced production team on the afternoon shift (4 x10s Monday to Thursday, 3:45pm – 1:45am)

This role is ideal for someone looking for steady full-time work, with a mechanical mindset, takes pride in accuracy and consistency, and wants to build a long-term career in machining.

Our work is primarily low-to-medium volume and high-mix, so no two days look exactly the same. You'll be operating CNC turning and milling centres, checking parts against drawings, and contributing to a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.

What You'll Be Doing

• Operating CNC turning and milling machining centers
• Measuring, checking and recording machined part dimensions against drawings and tolerances
• Performing basic handwork such as deburring, cleaning and polishing parts
• Maintaining a clean, safe and organized workstation and machine
• Complete basic machine care and routine maintenance
• Enter production and quality data into our ERP system (ProShop)

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of CNC or manual machine operating experience
• Ability to read technical drawings and use basic inspection tools (calipers, micrometers, etc.)
• Mechanical aptitude and mindset
• Comfortable with basic computer use for production tracking
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Positive attitude and ability to work well within a team
• Safety-focused and respectful of shop procedures
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment
