Your place in our story
The Pool & Fitness Representative is responsible for the Pool & Fitness Centre (PFC) facilities and ensures that all policies, procedures, and regulations are adhered to while delivering outstanding customer service to our members.

Here's How You'll Contribute

• Provides excellent customer service to guests and member by professionally handling questions and complaints as well as providing facility tours and membership registrations/renewals;
• Performs regular facility walk-through in order to supervise and monitor the gyms, pool, sundeck and change rooms facilities;
• Ensures on-going completion of daily cleaning responsibilities;
• Ensures on-going maintenance of all PCF facilities by placing service/maintenance calls for broken, damaged, defective items;
• Perform water tests and adjusts chemicals in swimming pool and whirlpool as required;
• maintains current qualification: CPR-C, WHMIS ;
• Enforces all gyms and pool rules/regulations and safe practices including ratios and age requirements;
• Assists PFC team to achieve department goals such as maintaining high guests satisfaction scores and membership numbers;
• Continuously pursues cost effective alternatives to improve financial performance in all areas;
• Other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job, as requested by management.

Education:
High school is required. A University Degree or College Diploma is considered an asset..
