Territory Operator/Collector – Fredericton Area

LML Trading, in partnership with the IWK Foundation, is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Territory Operator/Collector to oversee the daily operations of IWK clothing donation bins throughout the Fredericton region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operation of clothing donation sites.
  • Collect donations from designated locations and load them onto a trailer.
  • Maintain accurate records of collected materials and site activity.
  • Complete daily and monthly vehicle safety and maintenance inspections.
  • Ensure all company procedures and safety standards are consistently followed.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and clean driver's abstract required.
  • Experience operating a 20-foot cube truck is considered.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and repetitive movements.
  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and dependable, with a desire to grow and contribute to a positive team environment.
