Restaurant Host/Hostess

Brothers 2 is looking for a friendly, organized, and outgoing Hostess/Host to be the first welcoming face our guests see when they walk through the door. If you enjoy working with people, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in creating a great first impression, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival
• Manage reservations, wait lists, and seating efficiently
• Communicate clearly with servers and management to ensure smooth service
• Maintain a clean and organized host stand and entrance area
• Answer phones and respond to guest inquiries
• Assist with takeout orders and guest flow during busy periods
• Help create a positive, welcoming atmosphere for all guests

Qualifications:

• Friendly, positive attitude with strong communication skills
• Ability to stay calm and organized in a busy environment
• Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to stand for extended periods and multitask
• Team-oriented and dependable
