Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our construction and restoration team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of building components, fixtures, and systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, excellent craftsmanship, and the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. The Installer will work closely with project managers and other trades to ensure timely and quality completion of projects.

Duties

  • Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine installation requirements.
  • Use hand tools and power tools to install flooring, tile, cabinetry, fixtures, and other building components.
  • Perform carpentry tasks including framing, trimming, and finishing work.
  • Apply caulking, sealing, and weatherproofing techniques to ensure proper insulation and protection.
  • Conduct various tasks as needed for system installations.
  • Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe work environment.
  • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards.

Experience

  • Proven experience in construction, carpentry, or related trades is preferred.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment used in installation work.
  • Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics is highly desirable.
  • Experience with caulking, plumbing, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, or restoration projects is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in various environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail. This position offers an opportunity for individuals with a passion for craftsmanship and construction to develop their skills further within a dynamic team environment. Candidates should demonstrate reliability, safety awareness, and a commitment to quality workmanship.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
