This is a support and customer relations role that directly impacts shop growth, speed, and customer retention.

We are an established independent auto repair shop looking for a high-output Customer Relations & Front Counter Support team member who can keep the front of the house organized, customers informed, and work moving without delays.

What This Role Owns

  • Answering inbound calls promptly and professionally
  • Scheduling vehicles with urgency (same-day / next available opening)
  • Supporting the primary service advisor so they can focus on selling
  • Managing parts flow: ordering, receiving, dispatching, and reconciliation
  • Keeping customers informed with clear, confident updates
  • Following up on declined and pending work
  • Maintaining order and flow at the front counter
  • Executing systems consistently to reduce chaos

Experience & Skills

  • Customer-facing experience required
  • Automotive service or parts experience strongly preferred
  • Comfortable with phones, scheduling, and vendor coordination
  • Able to follow systems and checklists without reminders
  • Professional appearance and communication required

Schedule & Environment

  • Full-time, in-person
  • Monday–Friday (no weekends)
  • Fast-paced, system-driven shop
