**Overview**

**Duties**
- Manage front desk operations, greeting visitors and handling inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
- Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
- Answer phone calls with appropriate phone etiquette, directing calls as necessary.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate orders as needed.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and communication within the office.
- Calling and booking with E.S.A. ( Electrical Safety Authority ) for Permits.
- Invoicing clients using QBO (Quick Books Online)
- Following up on over due accounts

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role within construction sector is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and colleagues.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing administrative tasks.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and appointment scheduling is highly desirable.
- Experience with time management software an asset but training will be provided.
- Experienced with QBO (Quick Books Online)

Pay: $22.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
