Your role, your impact

As a Talent Attraction Advisor, Information Technology (IT), you will act as a true strategic partner for managers daily, understanding the IT talent needs related to client mandates and developing targeted attraction strategies. You will conduct proactive sourcing activities, rigorously evaluate applications, and support candidates throughout the process, ensuring a human and personalized experience. In collaboration with internal teams, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment practices, while constantly monitoring market trends and actively participating in the promotion of the employer brand.

Your day-to-day

  • Design tailored strategies to attract high-potential IT talent, leveraging a variety of channels and tools specifically adapted to the profiles sought;
  • Build authentic and lasting relationships with candidates by offering them a high-quality, personalized experience and ensuring that a dynamic, engaged and relevant talent pool is maintained;
  • Act as a strategic partner for managers to understand their needs, advise them and guide decisions through in-depth market monitoring in close collaboration with internal teams;
  • Lead the entire talent attraction process, from needs analysis to job offers, while embodying our human and professional values;
  • Actively participate in the continuous improvement of tools and processes related to talent attraction, by being proactive and suggesting innovative solutions that are relevant and adapted to the practical realities.

Keys to your success

  • University degree in human resources management or a related field;
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment and headhunting, ideally in the IT sector;
  • Proficiency in LinkedIn recruitment tools and proven experience in creating and maintaining talent pools;
  • In-depth knowledge of the IT job market and the dynamics specific to this sector;
  • Innovative approach to talent attraction, with a strategic vision focused on organizational growth;
  • Excellent negotiation skills, high degree of autonomy and ability to take initiative proactively;
  • Strong team spirit, constructive attitude and strong focus on achieving results;
  • Mindset focused on professional development and continuous improvement;
  • Solid network of candidates in the fields of software development, project management, data architecture, functional analysis and solution architecture.

Extra edge

  • Experience in a consulting environment or IT recruitment agency;
  • Knowledge of search automation tools and artificial intelligence applied to recruitment.

Language skills

  • French: Proficient
    English: Proficient

Please note that due to the nature of the responsibilities of the position, a proficient level of English is required, in particular to communicate on a regular basis with employees and manager outside of Quebec.
