How will you contribute to our success?

  • Ensure companies procedures and safety standards are maintained onboard the ships by proper familiarization to the crew, routine inspections onboard and active participation in near miss reviews
  • In conjunction with the crewing department ensure the vessel/asset is always properly manned
  • Ensure Senior officers receive proper familiarization to perform their onboard duties and do match the vessels/assets overall operational requirements. Participate in the Senior Officer performance appraisals as per companies SMS system;
  • Plan, control and execute of all activities connected with maintenance, repairs, survey and certificate requirements, dry docking, conversions or modification of assigned vessels/assets
  • Visit the vessels/assets at regular intervals and follow the fleet inspection plan in order to verify and report the vessels general condition, repairs and maintenance schedule, crew performance, compliance with safety and environmental standards

  • Proficient computer skills & in-depth knowledge of MS office, Powerpoint and Excel
