We place our customers first by bringing over 400 varieties of fresh produce from over 40 different countries.

We're looking for the best and brightest to take our shipping department to the next level. If you have passion and expertise in shipping and receiving, forklift operation, or picking and packing, Van-Whole is the company for you.

Hours of Work: 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM Monday to Sunday (5 days work)

Key Responsibilities

· Load, unload, and deliver products to customers in an accurate and timely manner

· Provide professional customer service

· Manage and distribute paperwork and invoices correctly

· Execute pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspection

· Maintain delivery vehicle in good condition

· Lift, carry, and load large boxes of fruits and vegetables

· Comply with all company policies, warehouse rules, and food safe regulations

· Other duties as required at time of need

Qualifications

· Possession of a valid Class 3 BC Driver's License with air brake and a clean driver's abstract

· 1 year of driving experience

· Good knowledge of the lower mainland layout

· Possess problem-solving and time management skills

· Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines

· Comfortable working in a cooler environment

· Ability to perform frequent bending, kneeling, and squatting

· Strong attention to detail and self-motivated

· Proficient in English

· Able to lift up to 50 lbs

· Delivery experience is an asset

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
