We are looking for professional truck drivers to join us and become part of our Arrow family. Reporting to the Ashcroft Division our Drivers can live and work anywhere near Ashcroft, Logan Lake, or 100 Mile House.

We Offer
- Competitive Pay: $35.50 per hour (trip rated); $86,800 - $127,400 annually
- Pension: $4.05/hr or approx. $9,400 - $13,770/year into your pension - 100% paid by Arrow.

- Shifts Available:
- 4 days on 4 days off in a Sleeper unit hauling copper concentrate from the Mount Polley mine near Williams Lake to North Vancouver.
- 4 days on, 4 days off in a Daycab unit hauling copper concentrate from Highland Valley Copper Mine near Logan Lake to Ashcroft.
- Drivers can be located anywhere near Kamloops, Ashcroft, Logan Lake, and 100 Mile House
- Paid in truck orientation

Responsibilities
As a professional driver with Arrow Transportation Systems Inc., based at the Ashcroft Mining Branch, you will haul B-train trailers and operate equipment ranging from tandem to tri-drive trucks. Operations primarily include hauling copper ore from the Mount Polley Mine, as well as road salt and soils.
We offer home-every-night or end-of-week home options, along with flexible shift schedules to support work-life balance. Major Responsibilities
Safely operate assigned equipment while ensuring loads are properly prepared, secured, and transported in compliance with applicable legislation and regulations.
Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety, roadworthiness, and regulatory compliance.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation, including bills of lading, electronic logs, and vehicle service or repair records.
Use onboard technology and communication devices to exchange information with dispatch, supervisors, and other drivers.
Clean trailers between loads to prevent cross-contamination of products.
Interact professionally and respectfully with customers, co-workers, and the public at all times.
You Possess
- A positive attitude
- Class 1 truck driver's license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening
- At least two job references
- B train experience is required
- Front end loader operating experience is an asset
- Previous winter and mountain driving experience required
