The
Commercial Ops Support Specialist
is an integral front line service point for the sales department, whose primary mandate is to be able to receive, process and (if needed) expedite orders, quotation requests, information requests, etc. from our clients. Outbound tele-sales and lead generation are also primary roles.

Reporting to the Commercial Operations Manager, the incumbent will be working in conjunction with other business units at NRT to be able to disseminate information about a sale and gather updates on progress. The incumbent will be working with our CRM to update progress with each client.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain a high-level working knowledge of all Company products and services
  • Follow up on required documentation and forms needed to process a sale
  • Ability to work with in-house software programs such as: , BlueLink Accounting system
  • Identify and update potential prospects for new markets/products in
  • Assist Business Solutions and Business Development team in preparing ROI models, quotes and proposals as required.
  • Serve as backup support to Business Solutions and Business Development team; especially when they are traveling / out of the office.
  • Other duties/projects as assigned by management

Skills Required

  • Excellent proficiency with Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work proactively, and in a high pressure environment
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills; with the ability to prioritize a variety of responsibilities
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • A solid background with inside sales / sales support / administration preferably from an information technology environment

Employment Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
  • Previous experience working with (an asset)
  • Complete fluency in the English language
  • A diploma in an applicable field is preferred
  • 3+ years experience in a similar role

The base salary range for this role listed is based on market indicators to determine compensation, and an offer will consider various factors including experience, qualifications, skills, and training.
