Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR & admin all-rounded support.
  • Handle full cycle of talent acquisition including job postings, interview arrangement, contract preparation and on/off-boarding.
  • Oversee daily office operations, including managing office supplies, coordinating maintenance of office equipment, and office procurement to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Handle all aspects of payroll administration including payroll calculation, final payment, leave management, employee compensation.
  • Maintain employee data and ensure all records are up-to-date and accurate
  • Ensure HR practice complies with local regulations.
  • Contribute to HR related ad hoc projects where necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or above.
  • At lease 1 year Human Resources experiences in financial services industry.
  • Candidates with experiences or insights in blockchain/cryptocurrency will be a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Intuitive with a positive attitude and proactive work practices.
  • Mature, well-organized and an excellent team player.
  • Able to multi-task and work under pressure.
  • Excellent command in spoken and written English and Chinese is a must.

Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract

Contract length: 12-24 months

Pay: $40,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
