Backend Python Developer – AI Agentic Applications

About the Role

We are seeking a curious, highly motivated Backend Python Developer to join our growing AI development team. You will work on cutting-edge agentic AI applications—including chatbots and intelligent assistants—designed to transform the way our clients interact with data and insights.

This role offers the opportunity to contribute to end-to-end backend development, integrate large language models (LLMs), and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of engineers, product managers, and domain experts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain backend systems in Python for AI-driven applications

  • Implement and optimize agentic AI workflows, including chatbot logic and multi-agent orchestration

  • Integrate large language models (LLMs) into production applications

  • Collaborate with front-end developers, data engineers, and business analysts to deliver robust, scalable solutions

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code

  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance, scalability, and integration issues

Qualifications

Required:

  • Strong proficiency in Python backend development

  • Experience with modern backend frameworks and APIs

  • Solid understanding of software development best practices and version control (Git)

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a sense of initiative

  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Preferred / Assets:

  • Experience with LangChain and/or LangGraph frameworks

  • Hands-on experience working with large language models (LLMs)

  • Familiarity with commercial real estate industry concepts

  • Experience with cloud-based deployment (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

  • Understanding of vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems
