WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

The RBC Quadient Team is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining customer communication solutions using Quadient's software. As the expert in Quadient Inspire / Client Communication Management (CCM) for RBC Life Insurance Life and Health you will perform system, project, data file and document planning as well as document creation. Additionally, you will support the development, architecture and project teams with your knowledge, advising and educating team members to build a strong and resilient team.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • Business Requirement review and consultation related to Document System architecture and design
  • Plan and Support the core Quadient installation and Configuration
  • Quadient Inspire workflow and document creation
  • Quadient Scaler workflow creation
  • QE support related to document testing
  • DevOps code management and promotion using GitHub and Helios
  • Documentation of Document Systems related activities throughout the Systems Lifecycle
  • Team Lead activities - Support of Junior developers, assignment of work packages and acting as a department representative working with Project Managers and Scrum Masters
  • This role has an on call support rotation for production issues or code deployment. On call duties can be managed from home.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

 Must have:

  • 3 or more years of Quadient Inspire experience
  • Quadient Scaler or Automation experience
  • Superior knowledge of Input Data file structure and Print File formats
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
  • Experience in leading a development team

Nice-to-have

  • Experience in the Financial or Insurance industries
  • Other Customer Communication Management (CCM) Software
  • Software Code Management and Code Release Automation software
  • Print Management, Printer and Insertion Equipment knowledge
