Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for cybersecurity projects.
  • Support the full project lifecycle—from initiation and planning through to delivery and implementation.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of goals and outcomes.
  • Coordinate and document User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and other test phases.
  • Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and acceptance criteria in partnership with technical teams.
  • Track and report on testing progress, defects, and remediation activities.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including business requirements, process flows, test results, and change logs.
  • Manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously while adapting to changes in scope or priorities.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis and project delivery within cybersecurity or IT environments.
  • Familiarity with oil and gas industry operations, particularly IT/OT integration and regulatory compliance, is an asset.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, risk management, and compliance standards.
  • Proven experience supporting user acceptance testing of IT applications.
  • Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or relevant cybersecurity credentials (e.g., CompTIA Security+, CISSP) are considered assets.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-changing environment and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
