Job Summary

The Logistics/Fulfilment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of Allturf Ltd.'s 15,000 sq ft warehouse. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this role plays a critical part in ensuring the accurate management of inventory, safe and proper handling and storage of all products, and the timely and efficient processing of inbound and outbound orders. The Supervisor will lead and support a team of warehouse staff, promoting a culture of trust, accountability, and ongoing development. This person is also responsible for maintaining warehouse equipment and ensuring the facility is kept in excellent condition, while upholding compliance, safety regulations and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily warehouse operations including space planning, inventory, storage, shipping, and receiving.
  • Manage the full order fulfillment and transportation cycle to ensure everything runs on time and paperwork is complete.
  • Unload incoming trucks, check for missing or damaged items, and report any issues.
  • Receive, inspect, and verify inbound shipments, and stock items appropriately.
  • Organize stock in a clean, accessible, and efficient manner — re-arranging as needed to optimize space.
  • Pick, pack, and ship outbound orders with accuracy and care to customers across North America.
  • Arrange transportation and coordinate deliveries to meet customer timelines with minimal delays.
  • When required, drive the delivery truck and assist with local deliveries when needed.
  • Perform quality control checks on all inbound shipments and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Maintain optimal inventory levels and warehouse capacity to support smooth operations and cost efficiency.
  • Continuously look for ways to improve warehouse processes, reduce errors, and increase productivity.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with vendors, suppliers, and transportation partners.
  • Lead and support the warehouse team — ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and high performance.
  • Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe by following all health & safety procedures and company policies.
  • Participate in special projects or tasks as needed to support the team and company goals.

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in a Logistics, Fulfilment, or similar role with hands-on responsibility for warehouse operations
  • Proven leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills — able to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in inventory and order processing
  • Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities at once
  • Valid G-class driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Comfortable with physical work — able to lift up to 50 lbs as needed
  • Significant forklift experience required; valid forklift license is a must
