As a CNC Machine Operator, you will play a key role in bringing detailed drawings to life through accurate programming, setup, and machining on our Shoda CNC Router.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Reviewing and interpreting technical drawings, work orders, and blueprints to plan machining operations
- Programming CNC machinery using G-code and CAD/CAM software such as Mastercam
- Setting up and operating the Shoda CNC Router to produce accurate, high-quality wood components for architectural acoustic applications
- Inspecting parts using measuring tools to confirm accuracy and ensure compliance with specifications
- Preparing and organizing material stock for upcoming jobs and communicating material needs
- Contributing to a clean, organized, and safety-focused work environment by following company policies and safety standards
- Troubleshooting machine or program issues and performing routine maintenance as needed
- Documenting production activity and contributing improvement ideas related to quality and efficiency
Our ideal candidate brings:
- Hands-on CNC machining experience in a woodworking or custom manufacturing environment
- Strong G-code programming skills (required)
- Experience with Mastercam or similar CAD/CAM software
- Minimum three years of CNC operating experience, ideally with woodworking materials
- Confidence reading and interpreting mechanical and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work
- Solid math, computer, and analytical skills
- A positive, dependable, and solutions-focused mindset
- Reliability, punctuality, professionalism, and comfort working as part of a team
