**Job description**:
**We are hiring CNC Machinist in Aerospace company (Experienced with 3-5 Axis CNC Milling Machines using FANUC or Heidenheimer Controls) in Mississauga, ON.**

**Duties**:

- Read and interpret blueprints and drawings;
- Set-up and operate CNC milling machines;
- Select proper tools and fixtures required as well as the ability to perform tool wear offset;
- Properly and safely load and unload tools and raw materials in CNC machinery;
- Set proper speeds and feeds;
- Verify dimensions of parts using precision measuring instruments;
- Operate hoisting and lifting devices to load and unload the components;
- Understand, interpret and edit FANUC or HEIDENHAIN **G-code programming**;
- Recognize, deploy and properly use inserts, fixtures and tooling;
- Perform daily and regular cleaning and light maintenance tasks on CNC machinery;
- Utilize and abides by ISO requirements and safety procedures;
- Comply with all quality policies, specifications, regulations and instructions;
- Train less experienced CNC Machinists
- All other duties assigned by the Supervisor

**Shifts**:
This role is for a continental shift consisting of working any four days per week. (Day shift is 7am-7pm while night shift is 7pm to 7am).

**Full-Time, Permanent Position**

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mississauga, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Experience working in aerospace company (1-2 years)
- Understand, interpret and edit FANUC or HEIDENHAIN **G-code programming**:

- 3-5 Axis CNC Milling Machines using FANUC: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Pay: $23.00-$27.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:
