Food Counter Service Attendant

The Food Counter Attendant is responsible for providing excellent customer service while efficiently preparing and serving food orders. This role ensures that customers receive their orders accurately, promptly, and in a friendly manner. The Food Counter Attendant also helps maintain a clean and organized workspace, supports team members, and contributes to the overall smooth operation of the restaurant.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Preparing customer orders in a clean, timely, attentive, and friendly manner.
- Cooking and preparation for lunch and dinner service.
- Maintaining a clean and organized restaurant at all times (lobby, kitchen, bathrooms, equipment, etc.).
- Addressing customer questions or concerns in a professional, respectful, and friendly manner.
- Following all Taco Boyz restaurant policies and practices.
- Chopping vegetables and putting away stock from deliveries.
- Stocking and replenishing cold and hot tables.
- Refilling and preparing sauces.
- Preparing online orders for SkipTheDishes,DoorDash and UberEats.
- Handling cash and operating the point-of-sale (POS) system.
Qualifications / Experience
- Strong communication skills.
- Previous food or hospitality service experience preferred.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and professionalism.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
