Join our dynamic team We are seeking a Supervisor for our fast-growing restaurant.

As a Supervisor, you will serve as a dedicated leader, inspiring and guiding team members to deliver exceptional service to every customer. Your ability to foster positive relationships with a diverse team will be essential. As a passionate team leader, you understand the significance of training team members to uphold superior standards of customer service, quality, and cleanliness. Drawing from your expertise in the quick service industry, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Owner in the day-to-day operations of our fast-paced restaurant.

In this role, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supervising shifts in collaboration with the Store Manager and Operations team, ensuring that your team has all the necessary resources to succeed.
  • Adhering to Tim Hortons standards and guidelines when preparing products for customers, while also following all operating guidelines for each piece of equipment.
  • Assisting in the recruitment, training, and coaching of a diverse team, striving to achieve and maintain Tim Hortons' high operational standards.
  • Cultivating a respectful team environment and effectively managing team members through open communication and understanding.
  • Managing inventory and overseeing the ordering process.
