ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Genuvis is seeking a Physiotherapist to join our growing, multidisciplinary team. The ideal candidate is energetic, motivated, and passionate about treating motor vehicle accident (MVA) injuries and a wide range of acute and chronic pain conditions.

You will work collaboratively with a team that includes Kinesiologists, Mental Health Counsellors, and Nurses, delivering integrated, patient-centered care.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Clinical Care

  • Provide individualized physiotherapy assessments and treatment plans
  • Develop intervention programs and conduct periodic reassessments
  • Adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and outcomes
  • Deliver direct treatment to patients with various pain conditions
  • Participate in medical consultations and interdisciplinary care planning

Collaboration & Leadership

  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members
  • Participate in clinic programming and case discussions
  • Attend staff, departmental, and clinic meetings as required
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and best practices

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Registered or eligible for registration with the College of Physiotherapists of Alberta
  • Strong ability to work independently and demonstrate initiative
  • Self-motivated, enthusiastic learner with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Valid driver's license (travel may be required)
  • Ability to provide:
  • Police Information Record Check
  • Child Intervention Record Check
  • Pediatric experience is considered an asset
