We're looking for a customer-focused and organized Parts Wholesale Specialist to join our team You'll play a key role in supporting both retail and wholesale customers, ensuring they get the right parts quickly and accurately.

Pay - $26 to $30 per hour dependent on experience
Responsibilities:
- Assist wholesale and retail customers in person, by phone, text, and email with parts inquiries and orders
- Provide accurate information on part prices, applications, functions, and warranties
- Manage and track inventory, restock parts, and process special orders as needed
- Coordinate wholesale deliveries and organize orders for shipment between locations
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients through follow-up and exceptional service
- Support the Service Department by picking and delivering parts to technicians
- Participate in regular stock counts and help keep inventory records accurate
- Promote parts specials, accessories, and service programs to customers
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient parts area
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in automotive parts or sales
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
- CDK and PBS experience considered an asset
- Experience with Electronic Parts Catalogs (EPC) and inventory systems
- Knowledge of automotive systems and parts
- Valid driver's license
