About the Role:

We are hiring an HVAC Sales Representative to join a growing residential home comfort sales team. This role is well suited for someone who enjoys working with people, takes pride in their performance, and values being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Our sales approach is consultative and customer-focused. Representatives work with homeowners who have requested information, assess their needs, and recommend solutions that genuinely improve home comfort and efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend scheduled in-home sales appointments
  • Conduct basic home comfort and energy assessments
  • Explain HVAC system options, pricing, and available financing
  • Provide clear, honest recommendations based on customer needs
  • Complete and submit sales documentation accurately
  • Communicate professionally with customers and internal teams

Qualifications:

  • Sales experience preferred (HVAC, home services, or consultative sales experience is an asset)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable meeting customers in their homes
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Self-motivated and able to manage a flexible schedule
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada

Compensation

  • Commission-based compensation structure
  • Earnings are performance-based
  • Detailed compensation information will be shared during the interview process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $80,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
