We are searching for (2) Technical Sales Representatives to support our growth in Canada. You will be given an opportunity to drive sales within the Ontario and Canadian marketplace.
What we are looking for:
- 5-7 years of Industrial or Technical Sales. Working with industrial clients, understanding their needs for capital equipment and presenting them with a solution
- Good Technical Aptitude selling into an industrial client based all over Canada with a focus in Ontario , SK, AB and Quebec.
- Ability to be sales driven, motivated and hungry. We offer a more flexible work environment in a small , entrepeuneurial company.
- Excellent Communication skills in doing presentations, written and oral.
- Motivated by a competitive base salary and uncapped commission potential.
- Comfortable working in a small, flexible Entrepeunership Operating System (EOS-driven) environment.
- Bachelor Degree in Business or Marketing diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to travel to USA without concern or issues.
What You'll Do
- Follow up on Leads from website, material supplier and trade shows and translate these leads to build new customer relationships.
- Visit customer sites and learn how to scope technical requirements
- Work closely with engineering and operations to develop solutions
- Manage pipeline and activity in CRM
- Travel within your assigned territory (Ontario and Canada)
What we can offer
- A Competitive base salary with a structured bonus and uncapped commission plan

This role pays a competitive total compensation ranging from $85,000 - $110,000 per annum. Base Salary, Bonus, Profit Sharing and other compensation details will be discussed later in the recruitment process and can potentially exceed the above stated amount. The compensation is dependent on the candidate experience and educational profile and will be evaluated during the interview process.
