Winnipeg MB RL R, Canada Quintex Services Ltd Full time $50,000 - $58,000 per year

Are you a detail oriented, patient, and focused leader? We are looking for an experienced, customer service focused, and physically fit District Manager to provide positive customer and employee relations in Winnipeg, MB and the surrounding area.

Duties include but are not limited to:

· Establishing and maintaining positive internal and external customer relations.

· Ensuring route compliance with Quintex company policies and guidelines.

· Coordinating and completing training with existing and new Route Service Reps.

· Working closely with Customer Service to resolve issues as they arise.

· Route riding – conduct regular Route Audits and follow up on deficiencies.

· Maintaining regular contact with customers and ensuring Route Service Reps have customer relationships within each of their accounts.

· Reviewing customer accounts for contract status, performing product and invoice audits, ensuring customer concerns are followed through.

· Evaluation of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and ensuring safety policies are up to date.

· Vacation/Sick coverage for Route Service Reps.

· Attending biweekly DM meetings and weekly Service Department meetings.

· Other duties as assigned.

The successful individual will possess the following characteristics:

· Post secondary education.

· Above average communication and negotiating skills.

· Proven proficiency in managing people to achieve performance goals.

· Proven ability to coach and teach, resolve conflict, promoting teamwork and performance management.

· Computer literate – Outlook, Word, Excel.

· Will be required to provide proof of a valid class 5 driver's license and clean drivers abstract upon hire.

Education:

  • DCS / DEC (preferred)

Experience:

  • Supervisory: 1 year (required)
  • Customer relationship management: 2 years (preferred)
  • Commercial driving: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • , read, and write fluently in English (required)

Licence/Certification:

  • clear criminal record (required)
  • clean driver's abstract (preferred)
  • Class 5 Driver's License and your own vehicle (required)
