Our client, an established automotive dealer group in Ontario, is seeking an experienced Automotive Leasing Manager (Lease Portfolio Manager) to lead leasing operations across the Greater Toronto Area. Based on-site in the Halton Region, this role oversees the lease portfolio for the dealership, develops strategic sales initiatives, ensures regulatory compliance, and partners with the group's sales teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background (minimum 3 years) in automotive finance or leasing, sales management, proven ability to achieve revenue targets, and a thorough understanding of leasing regulations and compliance requirements.
Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish and achieve departmental sales and profit objectives for leasing operations.Grow and maintain the existing base of lease clients and vehicles.Manage the complete leasing workflow, including application processes, vehicle preparation, and cross-departmental coordination.Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations affecting leasing agreementsCollaborate with marketing to develop and monitor advertising campaigns and promotional initiativesOversee purchasing of new vehicles for leasing and management of used vehicle sales from the lease portfolioMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the leasing experienceMonitor and report on departmental performance metricsRequired Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in automotive sales, sales management, automotive finance, and leasing operations.Previous experience as an Automotive Finance Manager/F&I Manager, or Lease Portfolio Manager is highly valued.Extensive knowledge of automotive finance products, structures, and lending practices.Knowledge of regulations governing automotive leasing and sales in Ontario.Proven track record of achieving sales goals and managing customer relationships.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency with dealership management systems and Microsoft Office suite.Valid Ontario driver's license with clean driving record.Valid OMVIC (Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council) registration.Accommodation Statement
