Quality Analyst Technician
Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform QA/QC testing on AV systems including Crestron, Flex/MTR(s), SurfaceHubs, Dante, Biamp, QSYS, and related technologies.
  • Test and troubleshoot conference room cameras (Poly, PTZ, OneBeyond, QSYS, Huddly, Logi) for performance, alignment, and integration.
  • Ensure seamless integration of Microsoft Teams and Office 365 with AV systems.
  • Conduct network compatibility testing (Wi-Fi, PoE, firewall/security) and validate data flow, latency, and connection stability.
  • Use QSYS for operational testing, configuration, and performance verification.
  • Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to resolve integration issues and optimize AV performance.
  • Document test results, issues, and resolutions in a clear and repeatable format.
  • Support AV system deployment and provide technical guidance during troubleshooting phases.
  • Apply QA/QC best practices to ensure reliability, safety, and performance standards are met.

Required Qualifications:

  • 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AV technologies and systems.
  • Proven experience with Crestron, QSYS, SurfaceHubs, Dante, Biamp , and related platforms.
  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and UC technologies .
  • Experience working with conference room AV setups and camera systems .
  • Familiarity with network technologies including Wi-Fi, PoE, and firewall/security applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve AV system issues.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in fast-paced, ad hoc environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Operational experience with QSYS in live environments.
  • Exposure to trade floor AV systems , IPT , and digital delay technologies .
  • Industry certification such as AQAV9000 or equivalent is a plus.

Snapshot of Ideal Candidates:

  • 1–2 candidates with deep expertise in Crestron and QSYS (Lead-level preferred).
  • All candidates must have strong QA/QC and AV troubleshooting experience.
  • Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across engineering and IT teams.
