Quality Analyst Technician
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform QA/QC testing on AV systems including Crestron, Flex/MTR(s), SurfaceHubs, Dante, Biamp, QSYS, and related technologies.
- Test and troubleshoot conference room cameras (Poly, PTZ, OneBeyond, QSYS, Huddly, Logi) for performance, alignment, and integration.
- Ensure seamless integration of Microsoft Teams and Office 365 with AV systems.
- Conduct network compatibility testing (Wi-Fi, PoE, firewall/security) and validate data flow, latency, and connection stability.
- Use QSYS for operational testing, configuration, and performance verification.
- Collaborate with engineering and IT teams to resolve integration issues and optimize AV performance.
- Document test results, issues, and resolutions in a clear and repeatable format.
- Support AV system deployment and provide technical guidance during troubleshooting phases.
- Apply QA/QC best practices to ensure reliability, safety, and performance standards are met.
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in AV technologies and systems.
- Proven experience with Crestron, QSYS, SurfaceHubs, Dante, Biamp , and related platforms.
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Teams, Office 365, and UC technologies .
- Experience working with conference room AV setups and camera systems .
- Familiarity with network technologies including Wi-Fi, PoE, and firewall/security applications.
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and resolve AV system issues.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working in fast-paced, ad hoc environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Operational experience with QSYS in live environments.
- Exposure to trade floor AV systems , IPT , and digital delay technologies .
- Industry certification such as AQAV9000 or equivalent is a plus.
Snapshot of Ideal Candidates:
- 1–2 candidates with deep expertise in Crestron and QSYS (Lead-level preferred).
- All candidates must have strong QA/QC and AV troubleshooting experience.
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively across engineering and IT teams.
