About the Role

We are seeking a
Senior Associate Java Engineer
who is responsible for building and evolving enterprise-scale platforms that deliver critical metadata, telemetry, and actionable insights related to data center infrastructure.

The team focuses on areas such as
Sustainability Reporting
,
Power
, and
Environmental Analytics
, enabling customers to make data-driven decisions with transparency and confidence.

This role offers the opportunity to design, build, and operate highly scalable, cloud-native products in a
DevSecOps
and
Agile
environment while collaborating with a globally distributed team.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with Product Management and key stakeholders to deliver efficient, scalable business solutions
  • Design and develop
    highly available, secure, data-intensive, distributed applications
  • Build
    microservices and RESTful APIs
    aligned with industry standards
  • Operate in a
    DevSecOps environment
    with a quality-first mindset
  • Participate in system design discussions, peer code reviews, and continuous backlog grooming
  • Troubleshoot and resolve production issues while meeting
    SLA commitments
  • Work independently within a
    globally distributed development team
  • Research, evaluate, and adopt emerging technologies to drive innovation

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
  • 3+ years of hands-on Java development experience
  • Strong foundation in
    Data Structures, Algorithms, Concurrency, Design Patterns, and Best Practices
  • Expertise with
    Spring Boot, Spring Data/JPA, REST APIs, Swagger, Maven, Hibernate, JUnit
  • Experience with
    performance and stress testing
    tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, etc.)
  • Strong data modeling skills using
    RDBMS and NoSQL
    databases (Redis, MongoDB, Cassandra, etc.)
  • Experience with
    Docker and Kubernetes
  • Hands-on experience with
    AWS, Azure, or GCP
  • Experience using
    Apache Kafka
    or other event-streaming platforms
  • Solid experience working in
    Agile/Scrum
    environments and
    TDD
    practices
  • Exposure to
    React
    is a plus (not mandatory)
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
