Nail Technician

Duties

• Perform a variety of nail treatments including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.

• Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail services and products.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to provide innovative services.
• Manage appointment schedules efficiently to maximize client satisfaction and salon productivity.
• Educate clients on proper nail care routines and product usage for ongoing maintenance.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sterilized after each use.

Requirements

• Valid state Nail Technician license or certification as required by local regulations.
• Proven experience in performing various nail treatments with a strong portfolio of work preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Strong attention to detail and a steady hand for precise work.
• Knowledge of sanitation procedures and safety standards in a salon environment.
• Ability to stay current with industry trends and new techniques.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.44-$48.57 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
