  • 工作地点:远程为主,必要时线下会议(多伦多)
  • 薪酬:面议,按项目里程碑付款,可设上线奖金

工作职责

  • 负责新官网的架构、开发、测试与上线(包含前后端与CMS搭建)
  • 维护网站数据、会员与课程模块,定期进行备份与安全加固
  • 优化网站性能与SEO,提升加载速度与移动端体验
  • 协助市场与设计团队进行内容更新及技术支持
  • 建立基础运维文档与交接手册

任职要求

  • 熟练掌握 HTML、CSS、JavaScript
  • 熟悉至少一种后端或无服务器方案(如 / Express、PHP、Python / FastAPI 或 Firebase)
  • 有 WordPress、Wix、Webflow 或 / React 实战经验
  • 了解 MySQL / Firestore 等数据库及数据备份、权限管理
  • 具备独立排障能力与良好沟通协作能力
  • 加分项:有支付系统、预约系统、会员模块、SEO、GA4 或 Looker Studio 报表经验

其他要求

须具备在加拿大合法工作的资格。

Position Details

  • Role: IT Specialist – Web Development & Maintenance
  • Type: 3-month project contract (convertible to ongoing part-time)
  • Location: Primarily remote, with occasional in-person meetings in Toronto
  • Compensation: Negotiable, milestone-based payment with launch bonus

Responsibilities

  • Develop, test, and launch a new website (front-end, back-end, and CMS setup)
  • Maintain daily data, membership, and course modules with regular backup and security updates
  • Optimize performance and SEO for better speed and mobile experience
  • Collaborate with marketing and design teams for content updates and technical support
  • Create operation manuals and technical handover documentation

Requirements

  • Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Familiar with at least one backend or serverless solution , PHP, Python, or Firebase)
  • Experienced with WordPress, Wix, Webflow, or
  • Knowledge of MySQL/Firestore and access control
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Assets: Experience with payment/booking systems, SEO, GA4, or Looker Studio reports
