We are hiring reliable residential cleaners for cleaning model homes and newly built homes still under construction in a Barrie subdivision. This position involves detailed cleaning in unoccupied properties before showings and handover.

Job Details:

  • Cleaning model homes and new construction homes
  • Post-construction / pre-occupancy cleaning
  • Dust removal, vacuuming, mopping
  • Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, windows (interior), baseboards, and fixtures
  • Consistent subdivision route
  • Daytime hours
  • Clear checklists and standards provided

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Fluent English (spoken and understood)
  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
  • Clean criminal background check
  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions
  • Physically capable of cleaning in construction environments
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $18.00-$25.00 per hour
