We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized residential environment, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standards. This role requires strong communication skills, a customer service mindset, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
  • Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented.
  • Organize and declutter areas as required to maintain an orderly environment.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any questions or concerns promptly.
  • Cook simple meals when requested by clients, adhering to any dietary restrictions or preferences.
  • Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment in good condition, reporting any issues as necessary.

Experience

  • Previous experience in residential cleaning or hospitality is preferred but not required.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of additional languages such as French is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently while also being a cooperative team member when needed.
