Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of mechanical systems and the ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of machinery and vehicles. This role requires attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to ensuring the safety and efficiency of all equipment.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles and machinery, including engines, transmissions, brakes, and electrical systems.
  • Diagnose mechanical issues using diagnostic tools and equipment.
  • Conduct inspections to identify potential problems before they become serious issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
  • Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology related to mechanical systems.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment
  • Perform Safety Inspections etc

Experience

  • Seeking someone with 2 to 5 years experience as licensed 310T Mechanic
  • Proven experience as a Mechanic or in a similar role is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, tools, and diagnostic equipment.
  • Ability to read technical manuals and schematics effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with team members.
  • Certification from a recognized automotive or mechanical program is a plus but not required.
