We are looking for someone with strong technical ability, attention to detail, and a passion for producing high-quality repair work. Our Body Shop Technicians take pride in restoring vehicles to manufacturer standards and ensuring every customer's vehicle is returned in exceptional condition.

Key Responsibilities


• Perform full automotive body repairs including structural, panel, and cosmetic repairs.

• Repair vehicle frames and components to OEM specifications.

• Conduct panel replacement, welding, alignment, sanding, masking, and refinishing prep work.

• Assess vehicle damage and assist with repair planning and parts ordering.

• Ensure all repairs meet safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in accordance with company and industry safety protocols.

• Work collaboratively with Body Shop Estimators, Painters, and Management to ensure timely and accurate workflow.

Qualifications


• Experience as an Automotive Body Technician (apprentice or licensed considered).

• I-CAR or OEM training/certifications are considered strong assets.

• Proficient in welding, metalwork, panel repair, and use of body shop equipment.

• Ability to follow OEM repair procedures and demonstrate high attention to detail.

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

• Valid Ontario Driver's License with a clean driving record.
