Job brief

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and Administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You must have previous experience with QuickBooks as we operate from there. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the manager's working life and communication.

Understands the importance of Company Vision, Representation, Promotion, Perception, Appearance. Without this, we do not have a service model. - Meticulous in every aspect.

You care for self-preservation, Presentation and Professionalism

Ability to fluently, precisely, and grammatically type documents. i.e. Email/Word

Understands Customer Service, Positive Attitude, goes the extra mile.

Communication is key, this is Mandatory.

Works closely with the owner for onsite visits/support (within Canada)

Ability to Travel (if required, i.e. Within Canada i.e., Quebec, Alberta )

Enthusiastic for Results, Milestones and Accomplishments

Time Management, Prioritizing, and dictating aspects of Calendar Schedules, Meetings etc

Creative is essential for being a Leader in our publications.

Team Player who can work hard and play harder.

Offers opinions, Ideas, Collaboration and Structure

Vision for the future and Ability to look outside the box

Personal Assistant responsibilities include

  • Act as the point of contact between the CEO and internal staff/external clients
  • Proficient in QuickBooks Online. Invoicing, AR, Payroll, Budgeting
  • Ability to calculate and think "outside of the box" approach
  • Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
  • Handle requests and queries appropriately
  • Manage daily notes and schedule meetings and appointments.
  • Make travel arrangements.
  • Take dictation and minutes.
  • Source office supplies
  • Produce reports, presentations, and briefs.
  • Devise and maintain office filing system.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience or Abilities to fit as a Personal Assistant
  • Understands the key to running a sucessful business, and managing operations.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Applications, and Computer use
  • MS Office and English proficiency
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Up to date with the latest in i.e. Linkedin Trends
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Discretion and confidentiality is a must.
  • High School degree
  • PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage.

Must Haves

QuickBooks Online experience

Working knowledge of Microsoft Platforms: Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), Windows - Shared Drives- Typing Experience/Proficient

Working knowledge of Social Media: Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter

Working Knowledge or Experience with documentation. Details, Presentation, Consistency

Drivers License and Vehicle

Details:

Monday - Friday 9am - 3pm (M-F) – Subject to change

This opportunity is ideal for experienced Professionals, along with Students/ Individuals looking to excel in Account Management, resulting in additional Bonuses (depending on requirement)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
