Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team in a full-time, on-site role. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building customer relationships, problem-solving, and being involved in multiple aspects of the business.

In this role, you will work primarily with existing customers, supporting their product needs through order processing, quotations, and ongoing communication. You will collaborate closely with internal team members while also managing tasks independently. This is a hands-on position that offers exposure to sales, purchasing, customer service, and warehouse operations—providing an excellent opportunity to develop a broad and valuable skill set within a stable, growing company.

Work schedule:
Full-time, Monday to Friday, on-site in Winnipeg.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and enter customer purchase orders
  • Prepare sales quotations and process orders
  • Purchase product and assist with inventory management
  • Communicate with customers and vendors via phone and email
  • Assist with warehouse duties
  • Maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other internal systems

Requirements & Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Valid government-issued driver's license
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg
  • Self-driven with the ability to take direction
  • Strong computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, QuickBooks)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Professional and customer-focused communication style
  • Strong organizational skills and team-oriented attitude
  • Preferred:
    Experience in the waterworks industry and/or customer service
