Remote (Canada) | Hybrid Available – Kitchener, ON

‍ Reports to: Director, Product & Content Marketing

Our easy-to-use software platform enables thousands of restoration contractors and insurance professionals across North America to process claims faster and with greater accuracy.

We're a remote-first company with a collaboration hub in downtown Kitchener—and we're growing.

About the Role

Encircle is looking for a Marketing Manager, Product & Content to own the creation of high-impact, full-funnel content that connects our product value to real customer needs and business outcomes.

This role sits at the intersection of product understanding, applied market insight, and content execution. You will translate product strategy and approved messaging, launches, and customer stories into compelling content that drives pipeline, supports lifecycle campaigns, and enables demand programs.

This role is not responsible for product positioning, competitive strategy, or launch strategy — those are owned by the Director of Product & Content Marketing. Instead, this role owns how those strategies come to life through content and launch assets.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Funnel Content Creation

Own the creation of content that supports prospects and customers from awareness through decision and expansion.

    • Thought leadership content tied to product value and market trends
  • Mid-funnel content such as product overviews, solution pages, and use-case content
  • Bottom-of-funnel assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, and sales support content
  • Content that connects problems product outcomes clearly and credibly

2. Launch Asset Execution & Orchestration

While Product Marketing owns launch strategy, positioning, and messaging, this role owns launch content execution.

    • Manage the creation of the full Launch Bill of Materials, including:
    • Blogs and launch content
    • Product overviews and solution pages
    • Sales decks and customer-facing assets
  • Coordinate timelines, contributors, and dependencies
  • Ensure launch assets are delivered on time, on message, and ready for use by Growth, Lifecycle, and Sales

3. Customer Stories & Social Proof

Own the capture and creation of authentic customer stories that reinforce Encircle's value.

    • Identify opportunities to capture customer stories in partnership with Sales and CS
  • Conduct customer interviews to understand:
    • Why they chose Encircle
    • The impact and ROI achieved
    • Features used and problems solved
  • Turn insights into modular, digestible content:
    • Short stories, videos, quotes, snippets, and visuals
    • Lightweight case studies and proof points
  • Maintain an organized library of customer stories and testimonials

4. Conversion Content for Demand & Lifecycle

Partner closely with Growth and Lifecycle teams to support pipeline and expansion.

    • Create content that supports demand programs, ABM, and campaigns
  • Develop assets for webinar follow-up and nurture
  • Ensure product content is reusable across lifecycle journeys and programs

This role creates content; Growth and Lifecycle activate it.

5. Sales & Customer-Facing Asset Management

Own the maintenance and governance of Encircle's core sales and customer-facing content library.

    • Maintain the primary pitch deck, product decks, and business review templates
  • Ensure assets are accurate, up to date, and aligned with current product messaging and launches
  • Partner with Brand & Design to ensure visual consistency
  • Retire outdated or redundant assets to reduce content sprawl
  • Act as the single point of ownership for "what is current" for sales-facing materials

This role owns asset quality and accuracy; Sales owns enablement delivery and training.

What Success Looks Like

  • Clear, consistent content across the funnel
  • Launches supported by complete, high-quality assets
  • Stronger connection between thought leadership and pipeline
  • Customer stories used widely across marketing and sales
  • Reduced content bottlenecks for Product, Growth, and Lifecycle teams

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • B2B SaaS content marketer with strong product curiosity
  • Excellent writer and content creator
  • Comfortable translating products and features into compelling narratives
  • Strong collaborator across marketing, product, and revenue teams
  • Organized and able to manage multiple content streams
