B2B Sales Executive – Property & Renovation Services
Company Overview
Meiju Design + Build is a growing renovation and property services company based in Ottawa. We specialize in rental unit refreshes, property turnovers, maintenance programs, and renovation services for property managers, landlords, realtors, and real estate investors.
We are shifting intentionally toward B2B partnerships and standardized service offerings. The sales infrastructure, pricing, CRM, and materials are already built — we are now hiring a sales executor to drive outreach and close deals.
Role Overview
We are seeking a confident, disciplined, and execution-focused B2B Sales Executive to own outbound sales and partnership development.
This role is not marketing, not admin, and not lead babysitting.
You will be responsible for creating conversations, qualifying opportunities, and closing work using an existing sales system.
If you are strong on the phone, comfortable with rejection, and motivated by commission and results, you'll do well here.
What You'll Do
- Conduct outbound B2B sales outreach (calls, follow-ups, meetings) to:
- Property management firms
- Realtors & brokerages
- Landlords & real estate investors
Qualify opportunities for:
- Rental refresh & turnover projects
- Ongoing maintenance programs
- Renovation and improvement work
- Use Meiju's CRM, pricing sheets, portfolios, and scripts to run a clean sales process
- Book walkthroughs, meetings, and partnership conversations
- Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and follow-ups in CRM
- Work directly with the founder and operations team to hand off closed work
- Consistently work toward and exceed monthly sales targets
What We're Looking For
Required
- Proven experience in B2B outbound or cold-call sales
- Comfort with phone-based selling and rejection
- Ability to work independently and execute without hand-holding
- Strong communication, persuasion, and follow-up discipline
- Results-driven and motivated by commission
Strong Assets
- Experience in real estate, construction, property management, or services
- CRM experience (any system)
- Local knowledge of the Ottawa market
Compensation
- Base salary: $50,000 – $75,000
- Uncapped performance-based commission
- Strong performers can exceed $100,000+ total compensation
(Compensation structure can be adjusted based on experience and performance.)
Work Setup
- Hybrid role (remote sales + local meetings/walkthroughs)
- Ottawa-based candidates preferred
- Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle required
