We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Experience Representative to join our team in Guelph. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their requests are handled efficiently and professionally. If you have a passion for customer service, great communication skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you

Key Responsibilities
  • Process orders accurately and efficiently
  • Respond to product inquiries, price quotations, contracts, returns, and cancellations in a timely, professional manner
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers, sales representatives, and internal teams via phone, email, text, and webchat
  • Use various computer programs (SAP, Genesys, etc.) to perform daily functions
  • Send required documentation to customers in compliance with regulations
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated sense of urgency and energy in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality
  • Advanced English skills (oral and written) are required
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
