Must have skills:

Process engineering experience with either Lean, Six Sigma, or business consulting background -3+ years

University degree or post-secondary diploma/certificate in Business and/or Engineering

Experience in building an idea from scratch and iterating into an effective presentation slide – 3 years

Ability to interpret, analyze and manipulate data to create different point of views in order to bolster proposed solutions.

Experience in Microsoft O365 Suite – 3 years

Experience in managing multiple stakeholders – 3 years

Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating and resolving organizational, operational or process problems

Ability to understand high level concepts quickly and turn them into process maps and presentation slides for opportunity identification

Ability to design future state process based on solutions brainstormed

Nice to have skills:

Prior FI and banking experience including knowledge of call centres, back office and/or Branches processing environments

Knowledge of people change management concepts

Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt Certification
