We are looking for a skilled and motivated Network Engineer with approximately 3 years of professional experience to join our IT infrastructure team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting secure and reliable network systems that support business operations.

This role requires hands-on experience with enterprise networking technologies, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with system administrators, security teams, and end users. The Network Engineer will play a key role in ensuring high availability, performance, and security of our network environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
  • Monitor network performance and troubleshoot connectivity, latency, and security issues.
  • Support LAN, WAN, VPN, and wireless network infrastructure.
  • Implement network security controls, including firewall rules, access controls, and network segmentation.
  • Perform regular network maintenance, upgrades, and patching.
  • Respond to network incidents and outages, ensuring timely resolution and root cause analysis.
  • Collaborate with IT and security teams to support new projects and system deployments.
  • Maintain accurate network documentation, diagrams, and configuration records.
  • Ensure networks comply with internal policies and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in a Network Engineer or Network Administrator role.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, routing and switching.
  • Experience with network devices from vendors such as Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Aruba, or equivalent.
  • Familiarity with firewall technologies and basic network security concepts.
  • Experience monitoring and troubleshooting network performance issues.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
