Notre client, une institution financière de premier plan, recherche actuellement un(e) chargé(e) de recrutement en entreprise pour un contrat à durée déterminée. Plusieurs postes sont à pourvoir, du niveau débutant au niveau senior.
Ce que vous accomplirez dans ce rôle :
- Agir en tant que conseiller en talents pour un portefeuille désigné, en éclairant les décisions relatives aux talents grâce à une connaissance approfondie de l'organisation et des entreprises soutenues, et en possédant une expertise pointue des marchés externes dans le but d'améliorer continuellement les talents.
- Gérer l'ensemble du processus de recrutement / programme d'acquisition spécialisé.
- Élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies de gestion des talents innovantes, en tirant parti des meilleures pratiques du secteur et des données du marché pour cibler de manière proactive les candidats qualifiés, actifs et passifs, afin de constituer un vivier solide de talents diversifiés.
- Conseiller les dirigeants d'entreprise sur les lacunes du marché du travail en matière de talents et fournir des informations sur les pratiques alternatives et les opportunités.
- Mettre en œuvre les plans établis et fournir aux clients des informations/conseils sur les avantages de l'approche.
- Mettez l'accent sur la création d'une expérience optimale pour les responsables du recrutement et les candidats tout au long du cycle de recrutement, en accord avec le modèle d'expérience client.
- Posséder une connaissance approfondie des politiques, procédures et programmes RH liés au recrutement.
- Cultivez des relations solides avec les partenaires RH, les centres d'excellence RH et les parties prenantes de l'entreprise afin de comprendre les besoins actuels et futurs en matière de talents et de fournir des conseils sur les approches de sourcing optimales.
- Maintenir, analyser et exploiter des indicateurs et des rapports de recrutement précis afin d'éclairer les activités de sourcing et de recrutement ; consulter les responsables du recrutement.
- Prioriser et gérer sa propre charge de travail afin de respecter les exigences des SLA en matière de service et de productivité.
- Adopter les cadres ou méthodologies d'entreprise relatifs aux activités de la fonction d'acquisition de talents.
- Maintenir une culture de gestion et de contrôle des risques, soutenue par des processus efficaces et conformes à l'appétit pour le risque de la Banque.
- Peut piloter des initiatives spéciales en représentant l'entreprise en interne et en externe, en tant qu'expert du domaine.
- Surveiller et communiquer l'efficacité des plans, programmes et pratiques liés à son propre domaine d'expertise.
- Mener des projets de recherche internes et externes ; soutenir l'élaboration et la diffusion de présentations et de communications à destination de la direction ou d'un public plus large.
- Tenez-vous au courant des enjeux émergents, des tendances et de l'évolution des exigences réglementaires dans la discipline et conseillez l'équipe à ce sujet, et évaluez les impacts potentiels.
- Garantir la résolution rapide et complète des problèmes remontés.
- Axé sur des portefeuilles spécialisés / des compétences de niche.
- Travailler de manière autonome en tant qu'expert senior en la matière.
- Fournir des conseils et/ou des orientations à diverses parties prenantes et membres de l'équipe, et éventuellement encadrer et former d'autres personnes.
- Considéré comme un expert dans un domaine donné.
- Concentrez-vous sur les enjeux à moyen terme (par exemple, mensuels-trimestriels).
- Superviser et/ou réaliser de manière indépendante des tâches de bout en bout.
- Entreprendre et mener à bien divers projets et initiatives, pouvant inclure l'intégration de processus transversaux au sein de son propre domaine d'expertise.
- Relève généralement d'un poste de cadre supérieur.
Ce que vous devez apporter à ce poste :
- Plus de 3 ans d'expérience en recrutement d'entreprise
- Une expérience dans les services financiers ou bancaires est requise.
- L'expérience en recrutement en agence est un atout.
- Excellentes aptitudes en communication/relations interpersonnelles
- Souci du détail et excellentes aptitudes organisationnelles
- Capacité à gérer des volumes importants en haute saison
- Expérience en recrutement ou gestion d'un portefeuille complexe couvrant plusieurs secteurs d'activité

The Client
Our client, a leading financial institution is currently hiring for a corporate recruiter to join their team on a contract basis. They are hiring for multiple positions ranging from junior to senior level.
What you will achieve in this role:
- Act as the Talent Advisor for a designated portfolio, informing talent decisions with acute knowledge of the organization and businesses supported, having deep expertise of external markets with an objective to continuously upgrade talent.
- Manage end to end aspects of the recruitment process / specialized acquisition program.
- Develop and execute innovative talent strategies, leveraging industry best practices and market data to proactively target qualified active and passive candidates to build a robust pipeline of diverse talent.
- Advise business leads on talent market gaps and provides insights on alternate practices and opportunities.
- Execute on determined plans and provides insight/ guidance to clients on benefits of approach.
- Focus on creating an optimal Hiring Manager and candidate experience throughout the recruiting cycle aligned to customer experience model.
- Maintain expert knowledge of HR policies, procedures and programs as they relate to recruitment.
- Cultivate strong relationships with HR partners, HR CoEs and business stakeholders to understand current and future talent needs and provide consultation on optimal sourcing approaches.
- Maintain, analyze and leverage accurate recruitment metrics and reporting to inform sourcing and recruitment activities; consult with hiring managers.
- Prioritize and manage own workload to meet SLA requirements for service and productivity.
- Adhere to enterprise frameworks or methodologies that relate to activities for the talent acquisition function.
- Maintain a culture of risk management and control, supported by effective processes in alignment with risk appetite of the Bank.
- May lead special initiatives by representing the business internally and externally, as a subject matter expert.
- Monitor and communicate the effectiveness of plans, programs, and practices related to own area of expertise.
- Conduct internal and external research projects; support the development/ delivery of presentations / communications to management or broader audience.
- Keep abreast of and advise the team on emerging issues, trends, and evolving regulatory requirements in the discipline and assess potential impacts.
- Ensure the prompt and thorough resolution of escalated issues.
- Focused on specialized portfolio / niche capabilities.
- Work independently as the senior subject matter expert.
- Provide advice and/or guidance to various stakeholders and team members and may coach and educate others.
- Considered a subject matter expert within a given area.
- Focus on medium -term issues (e.g. monthly-quarterly).
- Oversee and/or independently perform tasks from end to end.
- Undertake and complete a variety of projects and initiatives, may include the integration of cross functional processes within own area of expertise.
- Generally reports to a Senior Manager role.
What you must bring to this role:
- 3+ years of corporate recruitment experience
- Financial services or banking experience is required
- Agency recruitment experience is a nice to have
- Strong communication skills/interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skill
- Ability to manage high volumes during peak season
- Experience recruiting or a complex portfolio that across multiple lines of business
