Eligibility Requirements

1. Educational Background:

  • PhD degree required.
  • Preference for graduates from QS Top 200 universities.

2. Work Experience:

  • Minimum of three (3) years of postdoctoral research experience.
  • Preference for candidates with senior-level experience in universities, Fortune 500 companies, or recognized research institutions.

3. Research Focus:

  • STEM fields preferred.

4. Achievements:

  • Proven scientific or technical accomplishments (e.g., peer-reviewed publications, patents).
  • Strong potential to develop into a leading research talent.

5. Residency Criteria:

  • Applicants must either not have returned to China for full-time employment, or must have returned to China on or after January 1, 2025.

Benefits and Support

Selected candidates will receive a highly competitive package that includes:

One-Time Tax-Free Reward:

  • 500,000 RMB (approx. USD 70,000) or 1,000,000 RMB (approx. USD 140,000).

Talent Subsidies:

  • Up to 2.5 million RMB (approx. USD 350,000).

Competitive Compensation:

  • Annual salary and allowances aligned with your qualifications, experience, and research trajectory.

R&D Project Funding:

  • 3–5 million RMB (approx. USD 400,000–700,000) to support transformative R&D projects.

Home-Purchase Subsidy:

  • 1 million RMB (approx. USD 140,000).

Additional Benefits:

  • Relocation support
  • Priority access to: 1) Long-term work permit or China's permanent residence (if needed); 2) High-quality education for children; 3) VIP medical services
