We are looking for our future Senior Project Manager to join our teams.


Your Missions
Project Background

  • The resource will lead the development of a strategic roadmap and execution strategy for a Client Program. This initiative focuses on advancing regulatory excellence and enhancing the program's overall effectiveness.
  • In collaboration with the Regulatory Initiatives Team, this role will be instrumental in defining project priorities, developing structured implementation plans, and ensuring alignment with regulatory objectives.
  • The roadmap will define the program's scope and key components, structure it into projects with clear deliverables, identify resource requirements, project costs, and timelines, and ensure all initiatives align with strategic and regulatory goals.

Activities/ Deliverables

  • Partner with the Regulatory Initiatives Team to identify critical work supporting the program. Facilitate discussions and gather insights to ensure the roadmap addresses all key requirements.
  • Use project management expertise to develop a detailed roadmap outlining project scope, resource needs, costs, and timelines.
  • Develop a structured implementation plan for each project, ensuring alignment with the program's objectives.


Your Profile

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification needed
  • 10 years of experience leading large-scale strategic projects in complex environments
  • Proven experience in creating, managing, and delivering detailed strategic roadmaps, including scope definition, resource allocation and timeline management
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
  • Skilled in identifying project risks and developing effective strategies for risk mitigation
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a collaborative approach to working with diverse partners
