Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Payroll Administrator, located in our Edmonton, AB office at 11211 Winterburn Rd . ( This is not a hybrid or remote position ) The Payroll Administrator will handle bi-weekly payroll processing, manage garnishments, payroll taxes, and employee benefits. Responsibilities also include maintaining payroll records and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- 2 years Accounting Diploma or equivalent payroll/accounting experience
- Proficiency in Payroll Administration, including processing and record-keeping
- Experience with handling Garnishments and Payroll Taxes
- Knowledge of Employee Benefits management
- Accounting skills and a good understanding of financial principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with payroll software and Microsoft Office Suite
- PCP certification and Business Central Primo experience are considered an asset
