The Senior Manager, Marketing at Banff & Lake Louise Tourism plays a key in developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that inspire visitation, drive awareness, and support the long-term sustainability of our destination. Reporting to the Director, Marketing Operations, this role leads performance marketing, paid partnerships, and cross-functional campaigns aligned with organizational goals. The successful candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong background in digital and performance marketing, skilled in leveraging data to optimize results. They will collaborate closely with internal teams, external partners, and creative/media agencies to deliver high-impact campaigns. Strong project management and agency management skills are essential to ensure seamless execution and alignment across initiatives.

Start date - January 2026.

This is an 18-month maternity leave contract.
