Job Title: Senior Marketing Manager (North America)

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy execution for North America, while also serving as the Global Lead for Events and Partner Marketing. This matrix role will report to the VP of Marketing and requires a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, able to balance regional priorities with global initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Regional Marketing – North America

  • Manage all aspects of regional marketing, lead generation and brand awareness activities for the North America region in line with global strategy, including digital channels, trade shows and local events.
  • Align closely with regional sales teams to support demand generation goals.
  • Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on metrics and insights.

Global Lead – Events & Partner Marketing

  • Manage global event calendar including annual budget and selection process. Oversee regional marketing team members execution of event related activities to ensure alignment with strategy and processes
  • Establish standardize booth visuals and product displays, collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, and brand teams to ensure event alignment with business goals.
  • Create event marketing campaign framework for local deployment (email, social, landing pages, etc.) to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Analyze event performance metrics and compile post-event reports with key learnings and ROI analysis.
  • Establish and maintain process for marketing support for distribution partners
  • Support partner enablement through the definition and creation of a toolkit that includes presentations, product displays and marketing collateral.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 6+ years of B2B marketing experience, including regional leadership, global campaign ownership and event management.
  • Strong knowledge of various marketing and analytics tools including HubSpot, Google Analytics, and content management systems
  • Skilled in writing and editing content with high attention to detail
  • Strong prioritization, organization, and project management skills
  • Ability to internationally travel as necessary, primarily between Canada & U.S.A. (up to 20%)
  • Fluent English speaker

Principales responsabilités :

Marketing régional – Amérique du Nord

  • Gérer tous les aspects du marketing régional, de la génération de prospects et des activités de notoriété de la marque pour la région Amérique du Nord, conformément à la stratégie mondiale, y compris les canaux numériques, salons professionnels et événements locaux.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec les équipes de vente régionales pour soutenir les objectifs de génération de la demande.
  • Suivre la performance et optimiser les campagnes en fonction des données et des analyses.

Responsable mondial – Événements & marketing partenaires

  • Gérer le calendrier mondial des événements, y compris le budget annuel et le processus de sélection. Superviser l'exécution des activités liées aux événements par les équipes marketing régionales afin d'assurer l'alignement avec la stratégie et les processus.
  • Définir des visuels normalisés pour les kiosques et les présentations produits, en collaborant avec les équipes ventes, produit et marque afin d'assurer la cohérence des événements avec les objectifs d'affaires.
  • Créer un cadre de campagnes marketing pour les événements (courriels, médias sociaux, pages d'atterrissage, etc.) destiné à être déployé localement afin de stimuler la participation et l'engagement.
  • Analyser les indicateurs de performance des événements et préparer des rapports post-événement incluant les apprentissages clés et l'analyse du retour sur investissement (ROI).
  • Mettre en place et maintenir un processus de soutien marketing pour les partenaires de distribution.
  • Soutenir l'habilitation des partenaires en définissant et créant une boîte à outils comprenant des présentations, présentoirs produits et documents promotionnels.

Qualifications & exigences :

  • baccalauréat requis
  • Plus de 6 ans d'expérience en marketing B2B, incluant des responsabilités régionales, la gestion de campagnes mondiales et l'organisation d'événements.
  • Solide connaissance des divers outils de marketing et d'analyse, notamment HubSpot, Google Analytics et les systèmes de gestion de contenu.
  • Excellentes compétences en rédaction et en révision de contenu, avec une grande attention aux détails.
  • Forte capacité de priorisation, d'organisation et de gestion de projets.
  • Aptitude à voyager à l'international au besoin, principalement entre le Canada et les États-Unis (jusqu'à 20 %).
  • Maîtrise de l'anglais (oral et écrit).
