About the Role

We're seeking a skilled Spray Painter to join our client's team in a manufacturing and woodworking environment. If you have hands-on experience with industrial or wood spray painting and take pride in producing clean, high-quality finishes — this is a great opportunity for you.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare surfaces (sanding, masking, cleaning) before painting.
  • Mix and apply paint or coatings using spray guns or other tools.
  • Ensure proper paint consistency, colour match, and finish quality.
  • Maintain equipment and work area in clean, safe condition.
  • Follow safety procedures and meet production timelines.
  • Inspect finished products and perform necessary touch-ups.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience as a Spray Painter (industrial, automotive, or woodworking).
  • Knowledge of spray gun techniques, paint types, and finishing processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
  • Reliable, punctual, and a good team player.

Schedule

  • Part-time, Day shift (2-3days/week)
  • Hours may vary based on production needs
